2. The effect of pH value on decolorization of dye wastewater

Different pH values of the solution have different effects on the structure of flocculants and the molecular structure of dyes. Therefore, the ability of flocculants to combine dyes and the aggregation performance and size of precipitates generated by the reaction are different, which leads to different sedimentation removal capacity. Polyacrylamide, for example, there are a large number of amide and carboxyl hydrophilic group in the water retaining agent. The higher crosslinking degree of the molecular structure is , the stronger the rubber elastic force is. And the equilibrium point of the rubber elastic force and the suction force is its apparent absorption capacity. Water retaining agent does not dissolve in water, but it can absorb water which is quite into one hundred times its weight. Water retaining agent can effectively inhibit the water evaporation. After the water retaining agent is infiltrated in soil, to a great extent, the water evaporation is suppressed, the saturated water content of soil is increased, and the saturated water conductivity of soil is reduced. So, it can slow down the speed of soil releasing water, reduce the loss of the soil water infiltration and achieve the goal of catching water. It can also stimulate crop root growth and development, increase the root length and the root number. Finally make crop keeping good growth under drought condition.

The Application of Amphoteric Polyelectrolyte

Amphoview polyelectrolyte has the characteristics of cationic and anionic. It can complete the synergistic action of anions and cations without any precipitates, especially for the sewage with complex water quality situation or water property changing frequently. Sinofloc Polyacrylamide with AMPS

For high brines conditions in fracturing, SINOFLOC team synthesized the anti-temperature and salt-resistant fracturing fluid thickener with acrylamide monomer and amps chemical and by using free copolymerization of an aqueous solution. The optimum conditions of synthesis were determined by lab experiments. The results show that the fracturing fluid has excellent resistance to temperature and salt resistance, and has the characteristics of shear resistance, which is completely broken and the less residue of the filtrate and also less damage to the formation.

At present, many oil fields have entered the enhanced oil recovery stage of high water cut stage. Lab experiments and field test studies have shown that polymer flooding is an effective way to improve oil recovery, and has broad application prospects. However, although the most commonly used polyacrylamide has a certain oil displacement effect, the viscosity of polyacrylamide decreases rapidly with the increase of the mineralization degree of formation water. At the same time, the oil well temperature of the oil layer is higher and the thermal stability of polyacrylamide is affected. The molar ratio of AM and AMPS, the content of hydrophobic monomer to the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer and the apparent viscosity of polymer solution were studied systematically. The effects of the molar ratio of initiator and reducing agent, the molar ratio of AM to AMPS come to the appropriate reaction conditions. AMPS and the introduction of hydrophobic groups can improve its temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance. The amp polymer can improve the water flooding ideally when polymer flooding, and also promote the application of the polymer system in different salinity and temperature reservoirs.
